13. Communication Preferences: 
•    Students will have the option to manage their communication preferences, including opting in or out of certain communications from FutureDent.

•    All staff members and volunteers with access to student data will receive training on privacy and data protection principles to ensure compliance with this policy.


15. Policy Review: 
•    This Privacy and Data Protection Policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its relevance, compliance with changing regulations, and effectiveness in safeguarding student privacy.
