•    FutureDent will collect only the necessary information required for enrollment, administration, and delivery of the dental course. This includes personal, academic, and health-related data.

•    Students will be asked to provide explicit consent for the collection, processing, and storage of their data. Consent forms will be clear, concise, and easily understandable.

3. Purpose of Data:
•    Student data will be used solely for the purposes related to the administration, delivery, and improvement of the dental course. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

•    FutureDent will implement robust security measures to protect student data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices.

•    Students have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data. Requests should be submitted in writing to the designated data protection officer.

12. Educational Records: 
•    Educational records, including any grades or assessments, will be securely maintained in compliance with applicable educational laws and regulations.

13. Communication Preferences: 
•    Students will have the option to manage their communication preferences, including opting in or out of certain communications from FutureDent. 

14. Privacy Training: 
•    All staff members and volunteers with access to student data will receive training on privacy and data protection principles to ensure compliance with this policy.

15. Policy Review: 
•    This Privacy and Data Protection Policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its relevance, compliance with changing regulations, and effectiveness in safeguarding student privacy.
