Terms and Conditions for FutureDent Course

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the weekend dental course ("Course") provided by FutureDent, herein referred to as "Provider." By enrolling in the Course, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Registration and Enrolment:
1.1. Registration for the Course is completed upon receipt of the registration form and full payment of the course fee.
1.2. Enrolment is subject to availability and may be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. The Provider reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion.

2. Course Content and Schedule:
2.1. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Course content as described in the course outline.
2.2. The Course schedule, including dates, times, and topics covered, is subject to change at the discretion of the Provider. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.

3. Fees and Payment:
3.1. The course fee is payable in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
3.2. All fees are non-refundable unless the Provider cancels the Course. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.
3.3. Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as travel, accommodation, and meals.

4. Attendance and Participation:
4.1. Participants are expected to attend all sessions of the Course punctually.
4.2. Any participant arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry to the session.
4.3. Participants are expected to actively engage in course activities and discussions.

5. Conduct and Compliance:
5.1. Participants must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
5.2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Course without refund.
5.3. Participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations during the Course.

6. Intellectual Property:
6.1. All Course materials, including presentations, handouts, and resources, are the intellectual property of the Provider.
6.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use Course materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Provider.

7. Liability and Disclaimer:
7.1. The Provider is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Course.
7.2. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should inform the Provider of any relevant medical conditions.
7.3. The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the Course.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:
8.1. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course for any reason. In such cases, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
8.2. Participants who wish to withdraw from the Course must notify the Provider in writing.
8.3. Participant will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within one month (30 days) of the start date of the activity. The full refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation during this initial one-month period.
8.4. After the initial one-month period, refunds will be pro-rated based on the number of weeks remaining until the start date of the activity. Refunds will be reduced by 25 percent for each week remaining until the start date of the activity. For example, if a cancellation is made two weeks before the start date of the activity, a 50 percent refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United kingdom.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
